Suder Greens is one of the newer neighbourhoods in the city of Edmonton. The most recent census data for this neighbourhood is from 2005 and it shows that there were 269 occupied homes in the neighbourhood. Featuring primarily single-family homes as well as a mix of condominiums, this is a friendly and outgoing neighbourhood perfect for all types of home owners.

Bordered by Winterburn Road, Anthony Henday Drive, and the neighbourhoods of Breckenridge Greens and Potter Greens - this community is ideally located to let you take advantage of the best in the area and the city of Edmonton. For frequent travellers it is a short trip down Anthony Henday Drive to the Edmonton International Airport. For entertainment and shopping, look no further than the nearby West Edmonton Mall located east of Suder Greens on 87 Avenue.

Because Suder Greens is a new neighbourhood, the majority of it is under development. But the good news is that plans are in the works for Suder Greens Park. This park will be located on the northeast corner of Suder Greens Drive and 213 St. and will include lots of play equipment for children and plenty of green space to help you take in the outdoors.

When visiting Suder Greens be sure to visit the nearby neighbourhoods of Webber Greens, Rural West Lewis Farms, Potter Greens, Belmead, and Breckenridge Greens.
